Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: 18/08/2026

1. Consumer cancellation rights

Consumers booking online may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Any rights provided by law apply in addition to this policy.

If a customer asks us to begin providing a service during the statutory cancellation period, they may be required to pay for the part supplied before cancellation.

2. Customer cancellations after any statutory cancellation period

Our standard cancellation terms are:

  • More than 14 calendar days before the course: full refund or one transfer.

  • Between 7 and 14 calendar days before the course: 50% refund or one transfer, at our discretion.

  • Fewer than 7 calendar days before the course: no refund, although a suitable replacement attendee may be accepted or attending date transferred subject to terms - Clause 3.

  • Failure to attend: no refund or transfer.

Requests must be sent to contactamorlore@gmail.com

3. Date transfers and replacement attendees

A request to transfer to attend an alternative date is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original course date.

Only one transfer is permitted per booking. A transferred booking that is later cancelled is non-refundable.

A replacement attendee may be accepted if they meet the course requirements and their details are provided at least 48 hours before the course.

4. Requalification courses

Customers are responsible for checking the eligibility and certificate requirements for requalification courses. If suitable evidence is not supplied, attendance or certification may be refused without a refund.

5. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a course, the customer can choose:

  • A transfer to another available date; or

  • A full refund of the course fee paid.

We recommend that customers do not make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
